Day 6 big exercise day!!!
after day 5's evening I knew I had extra work to do.
So I wake up later than normal...I go and get dressed in my swimmers. I get into the car and realize I needed my wipers on and thought hummm shall I just go back inside...
Hummmm no! I mean come on Wend, rain, pool both wet...come on get a grip. Your getting into a swimming pool for goodness sake.
So I head off, get into the pool and decided today I am going to swim 100 lengths!
When i first started swimming here 10 lengths was my limit.
100 lengths was also one of my fitness goal.
Well...I managed it. I reached one of my goals.
I then finished with some water aerobics!
Another night out last night.
I never over loaded my plate. I ate only the fresh fruit salad at dessert.
I drank soda water all night with fresh lime.
I need to find out if soda water is ok
Way to go Wendy!! I won't recognize you at the end of 12 weeks :). I learnt when trying to lose my baby weight after having Brandon that soda water is fine. Zero calories. It's TONIC water you have to watch out for. It's like drinking regular soda. 80 calories and 20 grams sugar. I always check even now especially in bars and restaurants as sometimes they mix them up. :)
