Well I swam and swam on day 4 because i knew I was going out.
Which in hind sight was may be not a good idea...Because I was starving yesterday.
I add 2 bowls of muesli :(
What I am doing is when I adding something to my food diary if I can't find the exact thing I always add the highest calorie product...
So when I ate lower sugar muesli I add the deluxe brand. I know this was more calories than what was in what I had eaten, but I could not remember the exact data. So this way I don't feel I am cheating :)
At the night out I drank 2 alcoholic drinks...both vodka
Vodka soda with lime. I had ordered others, but did not like them (thank goodness)
I then stuck to the lime and soda's. Not because I am worried about my diet, but just because.
What I did worry about was the amount of junk I ate last night.
I ate pretty much the bowl of nuts to myself...plus the chips... :(
So extra, extra swimming on day 5
