I shake my head as I type this today :(
I was at the gym early and decided that I was not going swimming.
(wishing now I had gone)
My workout was tough. But I know know I should have done more!
I found I was sooooooo hungry today. I ate extra bread. :( I know this is bad!
I did drink water and hoped it was going to help the hunger.
guessing that I must not have been thirsty because after a gallon of water I wanted a sandwich and I ate another sandwich.
The problem was I was so tired that I know I would not be able to go to the gym and make up for this blimp :(
....but after a little advice.....
I came hmpe and made a chicken stir fry without oil and add almost every veggie I could find that I knew how to cook.
I was 42 calories over my allowance for the day
Have to say I felt soooo much better. Not because it was healthy but because all was not lost!
In future if I do something similar, I will make sure it's stir fry for dinner.

Can't really see me using it. The 12WBT had better recipes with a lot less calories per meal

You can't be spot on perfect every day cos there's no such thing. Don't be too hard on yourself. Tho the blog is a great way of keeping it real :) I've just done the same thing, felt peckish so had a piece of fresh home made rye bread with trout dip rather than a banana :) tho had a salad with grilled salmon for lunch so swings and round-a-bouts honey, swings and round-a-bouts x
