weighing day!!!!
The 6. point something earthquake woke me with it's gentle swaying...NOT!!!!
So I got up and put my swimmers on and headed out to the pool.
I got there around 5.30am ish.
when I started swimming I was only able to really do 10 lengths and that was at a push...I am now doing minimum of 40 lengths and if I have time another 20/30 lengths with the kick board.
Off I go swimming away and then remember that it is the Dad's morning swim morning....But I still carried on. Even when they were doing 100 lengths to my one length.
I finished with water weights and headed home for the weighing.
I lost 1.7KG's in just 2 days....
J was off sick again and as I already had my Dr's appointment I called and made one for him as well.
I drop the other kids off in the carpool and we head for Starbucks so J and J could get a drink...I ordered WATER...Yes I did, WATER!!!
Seen a couple of mum's in there who told me how proud they were of me...and let me tell you that went a long way for my self esteem yesterday! Thank you ladies!
When I walked into my appointment, my Dr told me I looked wonderful....Ok bit of extra exercise I think
My shoulder is killing me....I have it this for years and lately it is getting worse and worse.
I am working through it :)

which was more L and T than anything else

lamb loin
cauliflower mash (which I needed to add smoky paprika to and then it was nice)
and a salad
snacks
Melon
options hot chocolate
