Day 12

Ok...I knew I should have wrote this down sooner :(
I was up and in the pool early on friday. Very sluggish exercise on this morning, that I did notice.
Never did any extra workout as far as I can remember.... again :( part for the memory lose and part because well I can't remember the other part, forgotten it already.

Went to Costco and while stocking up on water I bought some fizzy water. I am getting a little boarded with water EVERY meal time or soda water at the club.

Friend came over for dinner and I served on of the 12WBT recipes.

I also tried another 12WBT recipe as my snack on day 12 it was strawberries, watermelon, mint and rosewater.
it was AWESOME!!!!
