day 25

again I was at the gym and pool...I need to my daily swim...dreading October when the pool closes
Having a great breakfast of special K, skimmed milk and fruit which includes blueberries, and melon

Had a salad with the dressing on the side for lunch
Had chicken bok cho and chickpeas for dinner.

I also had a glass of wine.
