I knew I should have wrote this straight away!
So Friday morning I was at the pool again. I did my usual swimming and aerobics.
I did more than I normally do.
After going out on thursday I weighed...(yes I know bad!!!!)
I needed to know I was ok...if that makes sense.
....and I had a loss....To say I was on cloud nine would be an understatement. :)
Friday night would be prove to be a problem.
another night out and a late one .
I am not saying I never ate dessert because I would being lying and believe me I sampled the desserts...I never had something of everything.
I drank water all night. As water is my fav drink this is not a problem
Day 5 will mean extra exercise ;)
