Day 28

Was at the pool at 6, only because that was when it opened.

Break was oatmeal made with water, pineapple which I never ate because realized it was from a tin
Low fat yogurt and water.

went out and watched a movie...J ordered popcorn G had chocolate bother offered but I said no to both...I can't believe I actually said no!!!!

Another chicken and salad wrap for dinner which I insisted that I needed potatoes.
I ate one of the potatoes and never finished my wrap....I really think my stomach has shrunk because I really can't eat what I was able to eat before.... :)

day 27

Started the day with a swim :)

had special K and fruit for breakfast

We then headed back to the room to finish packing for the drive back to Toronto.

We checked into the hotel and headed straight out to Gretzky's for lunch.
I had a awesome salad with frozen grapes and granny smith apple. Dressing on he side.

We walked around for a while and then took it easy.

Dinner was a chicken salad wrap.

day 26

Another great start to the morning.
good morning swimming...proberly seeing all that water at Niagara was making me want to swim more.

remembering to ask for dressing on the side.

Had salmon for dinner, came with broccoli and rice.
J had ordered steak and it came with a salad. So I ate his salad and left my rice.

Have no een snacking at all. basically to busy to remember snacks.
So that helps.
